Austin Dental Assisting Academy grievance procedure policy explains how students will be able to easily voice their concerns and/or complaints in a productive manner. It is optimal for issues to be resolved in an informal manner but if that isn’t appropriate, further measures will be taken to ensure the grievance is properly addressed.
It is important that students feel free to express their grievances to our lead instructor without fear of retaliation. Abra Naber is the Lead Instructor and the first line of defense for addressing an issue. Abra Naber can be reached at 512-534-5888 or by mail at 7517 Cameron Road, Suite 106, Austin, TX 78752 .
Step 1 The grievance should be initially addressed within three (3) days of the incident. If the grievance isn’t able to be resolved with discussion or discussion isn’t appropriate for the situation, proceed to step two (2).
Step 2 If the grievance isn’t able to be resolved with step one or the student feels the issue isn’t resolved, the grievance can be taken to the Director of the Program, Ramiro Ganesh , DDS, who can be reached at 310-745-6062 or 7517 Cameron Road, Suite 106, Austin, TX 78752.
This policy applies to student or academic grievances.
